Addressing a civil society gathering in South Africa in May, Lindiwe Zulu (Zuma’s international adviser and a facilitation team member) said that despite some disagreements, there had been good progress and agreement that ‘the environment for elections has to be ‘completely different’ to 2008.’  (page 8 )
