Grace to Take On Mujuru At Congress?
VICE-PRESIDENT Joice Mujuru is set to be challenged at the forthcoming Zanu PF elective congress in December amid suggestions First Lady Grace Mugabe could be encouraged to run for the post.
Gokwe-Nembudziya MP, Justice Mayor Wadyajena, told party supporters, traditional leaders and headmen at the weekend that no one is guaranteed a return to their current posts at the congress.

Dabengwa Lashes At Zanu-PF’s History Narrative
ZAPU President Dumiso Dabengwa has criticised Zanu PF’s narrative of the liberation war which he said purged the role played by white Zimbabweans.
Dabengwa was speaking at the burial of Zapu cadre, Paul Brickhill, who died of cancer last week.

As Zimbabwe grapples with power-cuts government signs new 15 year power sales to Namibia
Namibia and Zimbabwe this week signed a new 15-year 80 megawatt (MW) Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) at the NamPower headquarters in Windhoek. The new PPA between the NamPower and the Zimbabwean Power Company (ZPC) forms part of the latter’s strategy to raise funding to enable them to expand the Kariba South Hydro Power Station in Zimbabwe by 300MW. The current capacity of the power station is approximately 700MW and will be approximately 980MW after the expansion. According to the financing institution of the agreement, Standard Bank, the first three years of the agreement is valued at N$500 million. The Zimbabwe mail.
