Public Dialogue on Zimbabwe – 6 April 2023

SALO

On the 6th of April 2023 the Southern African Liaison Office (SALO),hosted a public dialogue on Zimbabwe.

This dialogue was aimed at building South African, regional, and continental civil society solidarity for civic actors including students, labour, and churches among others in Zimbabwe and the region.

Panellists included:

Peter Mutasa (Chairperson Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition)

Ellen Dingani (Zimbabwe Election Support Network)

Election Resource Centre

Lwazi Somya (SALO)

As Zimbabwe heads into the 2023 elections, this dialogue will bring together a diverse group of individuals and organizations to discuss strategies for strengthening civil society solidarity in Zimbabwe.
